Refund Policy

At The Dachshund Collective, all of our products are made to order through print-on-demand production. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at frankieandbillie.dachshund@gmail.com Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and we are unable to cancel the order.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
